I found a 2008 Shelby GT500 online that is exactly what I wanted. I live in Philadelphia, so it was a good ways away for me to purchase it- or so I thought. I called up Kaleb, the internet manager, told him I was interested and he said he would handle the entire process and make it as easy as possible. After arriving at the dealership, meeting Kaleb and the staff, all I can say is "Wow!" these guys really know the meaning of "Customer Service". The buying process once I arrived at the dealership took about 20 minutes and I was on my way back to PA in my new Mustang!

I needed 3 vehicles, similarly equipped for my fleet. I shopped around at numerous dealers to see who could accommodate. After a few days of searching the bigger dealers I called Leader Ford. The internet department and entire management staff was great. I told them what I needed, in about an hour I got a call back and was asked when I would like to pick up my vehicles. That is great service! I did the entire deal through the internet and phone and only stepped foot in the dealership to pick up my keys. I never thought buying cars could be this easy!
